I think they will need to draw in a core group of players of about 5-6 there better players are there older players hutchy, tarry and Gunners would all be 35 plus

Hey Doona, if Glenroy win EDFL div2 and go to premier the boys that played at Roxy in 2016 will leave so big chance they could follow Derrick. I'm talking about the Walker boys as hearing they won't play premier league. Would be handy pick ups..

Don't know where you get your info Turbo, but it's wrong . Both Walkers are signed at Glenroy next year and by the way neither of them played at Roxy in 2016 . Jayden played Premier at Greenvale and Matt played at Glenroy in 2016

Full credit to Morang got the job done. I'm not sure about a complete revamp but certainly there may be some changes. Moorey can and should play until knees give in. Has been a star and certainly makes us a better side. Willo certainly in the best 3-4 forwards in the league. People were writing us off mid season but we still made a prelim. Far from disgraced. Banyule to progress to div 2 next year.

Went up to showgrounds and had a look saturday. Game was tight all day. Was won by morang in 2nd term when #10 for morang kicked 3 in 10 minutes to open up game in low scoring affair. Forward line seemed unpredictable without the chubby bloke Raff they normally have their.

To be honest, I do not thing either will be the factor. I think last week's ground condition might be the problem for SM. The ground was heavy underfoot and I reckon it would have taken a fair bit out of them. I know they have young legs, and perhaps a couple players to return for them, but I think they will battle to match Banyule for 4 quarters after last week. Hoping for a great contest, but I'll take the Bears by 24 points & Kieran Malone for BOG.
Fingers crossed the NFL find some umpires who can keep up with play & not make the game about them....... fat chance!

I think if it's sunny , Banyule will be favored , but the wet weather might favor Morang . I think it will be tough and tight either way. I'll go with a draw and then extra time
