Anyone used Gamepass Overseas? I'm going to Thailand for a week and was hoping my Subscription would work over there? It worked last year while i was in New Zealand.

Doesn't work when your in the USA as I found out on Sunday. I was in New Orleans and after watching the Saints with the locals I wanted to watch the Ravens on game pass because they were only showing the steelers game at the time.

We played a shit game anyway so I guess it saved me some grief.

Yes i used it about 2 years ago in Thailand and it worked great. We where staying at Novatel in Bangkok and the Internet was great.

I'm trying to watch the RedZone channel from today considering there's no Jets this week but it's coming up with an error - I assume it's not up yet but is anyone able to help with when it usually goes up on Monday night? Trying to figure out whether to wait for it to come on or just start watching Cinci/Balt but ruin the other results.

Should be up now, tends to be sometime during our Monday evening

alright... it took me 11 weeks after moving, but I finally have internet. It's a pretty impressive NBN connection and with the complete dearth of Eagles games being shown this season I started looking into GP

I could've sworn that, a couple of days ago, I saw season pass for $85. After Friday payday I jumped on and it's back to $135.

I know there are playoffs (which I get on One and ESPN), but that's ridiculous when there's only 5 weeks left.

anyone like to hazard a guess as to what happened there, or if prices will drop any further?

yeah, I think I meant season pass plus.

the fact that it was $200 for the whole season is why it seems ridiculous that they still want $135 when there's only 5 weeks left

You can buy a VPN for like 10 bucks and use it as you will.

It was 135 for regular season and 65 for playoffs. Now it's 70 for regular season, still 65 for playoffs. Plus you can watch all the games you missed too. Understandable I think.

Perhaps understandable from the NFL's point of view... but not really from a consumer point of view. I'm arsed if I want to pay $65 for playoffs that I already get to see.

Gamepass is a different price in different countries, all the way down to free in some countries. So if they're prepared to create different pricing, would you not make that pricing somewhat dependent on what is already available? ie. why is it $65 for playoffs when the NFL have signed not one, but 2 television deals to show playoffs in Australia.

Also, if 17 weeks are $135... why are 5 weeks still $70?

The reason the $85 that I thought I saw earlier in the week was appealing was because I rationalised it as $10 a week for the matches, then $35 for NFL Network from now until July. That was quite reasonable.

In terms of total matches played, there's less than a third of the season left. It seems incredulous that they're still charging two-thirds of the regular, full season price.

I'm not usually one who complains about the price of "luxury items" - they can charge what they want, and I can choose whether or not to buy it.

This just appears nonsensical to me when I would swear black and blue that I saw $85 for season pass plus a couple of days ago, which appeared a very reasonable price for a third of the season + offseason.

hi all

it took me about 10 minutes to get jack of the stream I was watching this morning and signed up to the 7 day trial.

I'm just watching on my laptop, connected to my tv by HDMI.

I'm hoping for some help - I've figured out box on box, but then it says to drag something in there. I couldn't find red zone which is what I wanted. I was able to find the games (I think) but it wouldn't let me drag those either.

can someone please help me? how do I get red zone into the box in box?

thanks all

thanks heaps for that Jeff - it wasn't as hard as I'd made it look :p

one more thing. can u change the size of the box in box? even on 42 inches, the default is too small to justify having it there. I've just tried dragging borders - doesn't work :(
