Anyway Daw announced by NH which squashes the Deer Park rumour. Fantastic signing for the club and league! F#ck deer park.

Yeh I don't think it would be playing/coach. But don't be surprised if Mcevoy goes and plays with his brothers or heads back to his home club, where he played a game this year.
The days of playing coaches are just about done at top levels. Anyways just an opinion.
If Lalor apparently poaching reserves players from Bundoora they could be in some serious serious strife.

Your prob right re coaches, although I think the right person can still work. If Jack Ziebell comes out of the system and wants to be a playing coach you don’t say no!

Talk in Div3 of Nathan Thomas heading back to Lalor.
Would this be a good move? Yes plenty of Contacts but has he coached his own side ? If so what team / league. Be interested to know.

There are no good coaches at Coburg. The best one they had has gone to Sunbury.
McEvoy will be an excellent coach, great game sense, smart, sets standards, very upstanding bloke …. I don’t think it’s on his agenda just yet though.

Its October but I am happy to call a Heidelberg v Nth 2024 grand final. Of course, lots of signings/Money to be thrown around but the dogs seem to be very steady with all their resigning's whilst other clubs seem to be losing players/Coaches. North coaching department also stable which is critical in the top tier. See what happens.
Maybe Mont but yep agreed the above seems like the most likely scenario.
Mo Yassine has followed Saad to Pascoe Vale. Big loss for West as well.

Actually glad he stayed at North Heidelberg, his been fantastic for them and like to see him have success with the DOGGIES. He was an absolute lock at DP so like to know what was offered.

Are they trying to find the big fish that will bring a few guns, dunno if that's out there.
Did read that Dromana's Coach who won the flag actually is from the North-Eastern Suburbs. Write up about him was decent and feeling was he was a gun coach that travelled 80km each way to coach them. He states he is having a break but could be a consideration for one of them. Don't know him just stating what I read.
