On the subject of Epping... nice signing getting Field as a spearhead. I think the days of Div 2 teams bouncing back straight up are gone now, but my expectation is Epping should be somewhat around the mark. It's gonna be a good comp next year!

it’s happening, agenda item at this months board meeting players being signed at the bowlo as well is not going down well either , sponsorship s being diverted or $ reduced, the conflict of interest is intensifying

Rexhepi was the best forward in this league not long ago. Hunt will be a much needed soldier in the middle for them. The others can’t comment on but they will need another 20 of that quality and then will need to find another 15 to make up numbers to fill 2 sides.

Are Laurimar rubbing their hands together they escaped division 3 before this continual influx of quality players which will be setting the division 3 standard very high this year?
Would be interesting if there were grading games in all 3 divisions right now, the movements have been like no other

Clubs are hyped up every year. There will be disappointments like we always see.
Laurimar will be glad to be out of D3 no doubt and will survive id imagine. Watsonia or Lower in the box seat to go down.

It must be a bit difficult to suddenly have to find an extra say 70k in profits to pay players .
I wonder if some current players remain amateurs as theyve never taken a $ and dont play for that reason.

Watsonia finished 5th so I reckon your way off with them in the box seat to go down
Look to have had a max exodus. A lot of their re-signings are reserves and 19s and we already know who’s left for sure.
Be surprised if they don’t struggle big time
