Dees deserved the game. Nice comeback by Roos but that last free on the wing was just poor footy. Ended our chances. Two on one and we dump the Dee.

Honestly, I thought pretty much every one of them was there. Free kick counts in and of themselves aren't useful to measure umpiring quality. Generally the team that's first to the ball and gets their head over the footy gets the most free kicks, and that was the case for most of tonight imo.

The Dees second quarter was brilliant, some of the best footy I've seen in the AFLW, but the second half was ours and we should have won, but the umpires played such a huge part in the final result, that 50m penalty to Paxman in the third was especially terrible.

If they were there they should have been called both ways. The Dees got a number of HTB frees when players dropped the ball but Dees were aloud to break tackles and get tackled again without getting called.
