Perhaps not, but we'd be out of line asking for compensation

The double standard with these clowns is beyond laughable. They'll call for us to fold when proportionally we get a terrible crowd, and then literally demand to be financially compensated when similar conditions get the best of them. We have to play at 4:40 for 2 out of every 3 games, we demand a $500,000 cheque for each one!
