Strauchan would have taken Hayes to town, around the ground though

So quite evenly matched then, statistically speaking.
Yeah but doesn't quite fit the picture Wayno was painting, that one is a star and the other a spud, my honest opinion as a tap ruck Hayes is superior with Strachan the better around the ground. Not a hell of a lot of difference both better than the average SANFL ruckmen but the jury is still out on who will be the better AFL ruck, given Hayes is 22 (missed a big stretch with an ACL) and Strachan 26 I'd expect Hayes to have more upside.

And regarding AFL, some Victorian on the Sweet FA said it was the agreement the AFL made with the Childrens hospital appeal in Melbourne.
