Should we just give Melbourne the flag now and the rest of the comp plays for 2-18?
Plenty of dominant sides have lost flags from here.

That Essendon side that nearly won every game, then got beaten by the Blues.

In the AFL, when you are "away" on "Personal Leave" are you or can you still be drug tested?

looks like they are. so Dusty still would have been tested

"We can test either in-competition or out-of-competition. We can test at an athlete’s training venue or home address. We can test with No Advance Notice and sample collection can include the collection of urine, blood or both"

Fox Footy reporting that Tex could potentially have 9 Brownlow Votes and potentially leading the count.:drunk:
It's controversial but I think big bad Billy will get votes in front of Tex this week.
Thoughts anyone?

I was under the impression if you take "Mental Health Leave" like how Buddy did a few years back you cant be tested?

Remember when we were 14-2 in 2006?
Remember going to watch the game against Richmond at the dome which I think was out 1st loss with Bowdens playing kick to kick.

Think you can't be tested for recreational drugs when on MH leave. Used to be the case.

just skimmed over the AFL anti doping code and there was nothing about that

did read this

5.2.2. AFL may require any Athlete over whom it has Testing authority (including any Athlete serving a period of Ineligibility) to provide a Sample at any time and at any place

We didn’t win the flag the previous year though, these guys are proven and have unbelievable self belief
Geelong 2008 went 21-1 & 161%! in the minor round after winning flag in 2007... then lost the grand final to the Hawks

Our first loss in R2 was to West Coast by 2 points and our second loss to Richmond in R8 by 3 points.

At the end of R16 we were 14-2 with a % of 172.38. We were so dominant.

Did Dusty take Mental Health leave?

I've read he has taken personal leave, but I can't recall it being Mental Health leave, or being treated for mental Health related issues

Whoops 2nd loss... not 1st loss.

Bloody frustrating game to watch.

I have serious question marks over David Noble's coaching ability.

I know their list is terrible but they play with no structure and poor effort every week
Watching that and thinking how our boards would be if our players played with so little spirit.
I love the endeavour our guys bring each week. Our weekly oppo might win often due to our stage of development but they all know they're in for a tough game.
