Koch won’t guarantee Hinkley’s job despite 2023 contract

David Koch has refused to guarantee the position of Ken Hinkley for next year, despite a contract that would involve a significant payout for the Power if the club removed their senior coach.

They can't pay him out (as the AFL has final say over whether they can) so he will 100% be the coach next year

Winning the first showdown this year was something special, winning in round 23 would be very amusing, especially if it doesn't spell the end for Kern.

Imagine the melts on the Port board, and they'll have to carry that loss with them for the entire off-season!
