My favourite is the continental from Rostrevor Pizza Bar (been making great pizza for decades).pepperoni, anchovies and olives...and chilli.

as for reds that go well with italian, try any from Calabria brothers in the Barossa.. we were very pleasantly surprised and they are entry level prices
