Flappin good. Dog act. And hearing the commentator booth go silent watching it on replay was interesting. Then Roo being the only one to mention there should be nothing to worry about.Zorko one game ban upheld
He's bloody lucky to get away with just one match.Zorko one game ban upheld
Mods not doing enough housework?Who knew the midseason draft was a big enough event to crash the servers
They obviously ruled that it had the potential to be an eye-gouge.Flappin good. Dog act. And hearing the commentator booth go silent watching it on replay was interesting. Then Roo being the only one to mention there should be nothing to worry about.
Premiership tilt! Why did port pick Narkle??
It was only 1 match because he didn't make contact with the eye (based on the Crows medical report). He's bloody lucky to get away with just one match.
We missed a giant opportunity this year. Why didn't we take one of the best players from Glenelg or Sturt? This would help our SANFL flag chances and weaken an SANFL rival at the same time - which is exactly what the AFL midseasons draft was created for.
We don’t have a spot . No big dealWe missed a giant opportunity this year. Why didn't we take one of the best players from Glenelg or Sturt? This would help our SANFL flag chances and weaken an SANFL rival at the same time - which is exactly what the AFL midseasons draft was created for.
Yeah we could have Quinton Narkled itYeah
Wouldn't they need to have a spot on the list to do that? Or move someone to a long-term injury list? I'll admit, I forget what the rules are on this.
If we had an option to take a free hit and didn't take it, that's pretty disappointing.
William's against AdelaideI haven't double checked I'm going off memory here so it is possible I've got that incorrect. Just seems to ring a bell. Wont run with it as absolute fact though!
To play Sanfl. Why did port pick Narkle??
The cost isn't great.Mutineer this is a good point, the Brown pick up means we have no list spot even if we wanted to participate, so potentially the cost could be great
Why did we recruit a big bodied inside mid?The question is - why did we think he was a need?
We had Crouch. We had Hately.
Even before we realised Dawson could be an elite mid, there wasn't a need.
Such a perplexing choice.
Could still grab him, considering no one ended up wanting him.Isn't that a bugger eh?
And we could pick up this guy Rye Penny who would be my pick if we had one, extreme athlete that footballs OK. Don't think many have him near the pointy end of the MSD.

If they are not up to AFL standard, there is a very good question. Why did we recruit a big bodied inside mid?
Reserves team Premiership counted in the 3 flags 5 years equation? Why did port pick Narkle??
We did that last year.....We missed a giant opportunity this year. Why didn't we take one of the best players from Glenelg or Sturt? This would help our SANFL flag chances and weaken an SANFL rival at the same time - which is exactly what the AFL midseasons draft was created for.
That’s the joke
