So, Keays rightly doesn’t get a suspension from the mro.
But…. even with an arm free, which they demand, it made no difference to the player hitting his head.
Players tackling need to free an arm if they have pinned two, to avoid being sited for dangerous and careless. This highlights even when the tackle happen, players being tackled don’t have enough time to protect themselves with one arm free.
The time frames in which the mro expect players to make these decisions in ludicrous.
