They were throwing dollars after Franklin, remember... They really rate marketing potential, and Natanui + Cox has shown that he can coexist with other rucks to an extent.

I could see how it would work with Franklin alongside the 3 young talls. Mumford and NicNat + the 3 young talls is not a mix I'd want. If nothing else, I don't think I'd like $1.5M of my club's salary cap (as inflated as it is) to be spent on the ruck role.

Bit of both but mainly football. They're one of the richest clubs they hardly need any help with marketing. Footy mad state it's a bit like having 4 teams in Victoria and dividing support between them, ridiculous. Makes me feel a little envious about the resources some clubs have.

Reckon Polec has been mediocre today. Last week he was ridiculous though.
