Nah what do you mean? I think it's cool Brisbane, Sydney, GWS & Gold Coast are given special help that allow them to get an advantage over every other club :thumbsu:

Agree

If you let North do it, you have to let the next club do it. North probably got a bit unlucky in that AFL has decided to draw the line now rather than years ago when everyone else was rorting the system lol
They drew the line abut ten years back when they removed the old priority pick system
But I was starting to think they would find some way to erase the line. Pleasantly surprised they actually stuck to their line for once rather than change it all again.

Bit odd seeing North supporters whining about academies when they made out like bandits with Tarryn Thomas because of them

More disgusting handouts to this sh*tstain of a club.
Time the league put their foot down and weeded out these clubs that can't survive without getting on their knees and begging for money and assistance.

We have literally received the worst package of any club that’s been shithouse for an extended period of time.

if Clarko bites the dust only a “Gold Coast” style package would do.

Only about 3 clubs would be left in the league if we kicked out all the clubs needed financial assistance going by your tirade.

You would be surprised which clubs have gotten far more financial assistance than North in the last 10 years , you really would

Did we? We also missed on Blakey (potential FS) that year.

The biggest thing about the academy’s I don’t like is that in a few cases Sydney we’re able to get two first rounders due to the timing of bids which skews the “fairness” of the system a bit.

Clubs who make a profit should now be axed ?.

That’s a new one.

You seem unreasonably mad for a fan of the club that got gifted Chris Judd as a priority pick, who was then used as trade currency to bring in Josh Kennedy.

West Coast got 20 years and 2 flags out of that handout :thumbsu:

Let's start by making all clubs contribute to the league equally.

I look forward to your club handing over ~1/4 of your ground to AFL members.

or take up your rightful station as a minnow at the foot of the ladder.

Clubs have to make better decisions, not go running to the AFL for help because you keep making bad ones

Not just Sydney, other clubs have benefited from timing of bids, GWS more than most if you care to investigate. But keep on bleating

And to top it off the pp package was mainly driven by the current Essendon coach who was in talks with Essendon 3 weeks ago
Was it? Where was it report Scott was the decision maker?
