Re: Northern Football League Division 2

Like I have said many times before...I put forward opinions. Cullaforay kicked 5 goals and Capelli kicked 4...significant contributions in my books....almost 50% of the teams goals in fact. Who did you think were their best?

Hey Ghostwriter, why do you continue to butcher players surnames ?
If it was a first time offence, fair enough. However, even after being corrected by several bigfooty bloggers, and even after the surnames have been spelt correctly in a previous post, you still do it. Purchase a record this week, and copy that spelling. Even better, within your next post, look in the record for the players jumper numbers. Next to it will have their name (spelt correctly), and then you can let us all know who the players were (in your opinion) that played well, or bad etc etc

Re: Northern Football League Division 2

LOOKER: I don't generally purchase the record but I agree that incorrect spelling of players' names is an insult. I will look to correct it. So, as I was saying, Calafiore and Capelli were certainly 2 of Thomastown's best players. Should be a great game this week and an even better spectacle at half time for the sprint!!!

you are a moron:confused:! check the spelling of the 2 previous names you posted. dont submit a reply until you do this and hopefuly you realise how stupid you look.

Re: Northern Football League Division 2

And you are.....??? If you are referring to Capelli, I think you will find that that is the Thomastown's captain's surname and the record has it misprinted.

well its not a bad guess for someone who doesnt buy the record then. how about you check the papers as well as the results on the internet. He is captain and deserves a bit more respect i would think.:thumbsu:

BREAKING NEWS FROM LOWER PLENTY TRAINING TONIGHT: Billy Barden has been hauled over the coals for a serious breach of the club's fashion policy. A statement from Lower Plenty Fashion Police Chairman and renowned fashion guru Egg Trotter said, "Billy has been walking a fine line with his fashion for too long now and we needed to make it clear that his grandpa's 1960's white Caribbean slip ons would no longer be tolerated around the Bear Cave. Billy has been suspended from the next 2 Lower Plenty social functions and any further breaches of the the club fashion policy will result in me taking him on a shopping trip to educate him on some more up to date clothing styles."

If You Found Any Or If You Could Ask Around If Anyone Found Some Size 12 Puma Boots (all White) That Would Be Great. Thanks Fella's And Ill Buy You A Slab Of Crownies If You Find Them. Promise!!! Re: Northern Football League Division 2

Noticed on the NFL Clearances that James Little, Balmain NSW has a clearance pending to Fitzroy Stars. Wouldn't happen to be the ex Northcote Park ruckman would he? Maybe getting on in years if he is but should provide Stars with a big body.

Rumour has it that Llewellyn is petrified following this decision and realises that unless he undergoes a swift revamp of his current wardrobe then he too will be in a similar predicament!

However there may yet be a backlash against the Barden decision after the Fashion committee failed to punish Jed Perry for his appearance in the clubrooms last Saturday in a combo of black socks and red thongs, and a green woolen headband.

GREAT JUDDS: In all seriousness, that is terrible news. We had Puffa all primed to challenge Sinclair in this sprint....If not at half time, then maybe after the seniors. What is Dean's excuse for not wanting to race the big fella?
GHOST: Looks like you and JUDDS will have to team together to get Dean over the line for this race??

ghost writer why dont you piss off, your posts are purely about thomastown, they dont make sense and spelling mistakes seem to humour your pathetic lonely mind. other clubs dont need your dribble. we at macleod think your a toss and so do most other clubs.

Re: Northern Football League Division 2

WEEKATATIME: I can't understand your frustration. If you want to maintain a forum where just people you would be happy to hear from exist, go and create your own thread. I have visited a number of teams in recent weeks and watched them train. At the same time I go to many games of football. Yes, I pass judgment on Thomastown a number of times but only due to the fact they are convenient to follow in light of where I live. I do not come on this forum to slag players and believe in positive news most of the time. The fact that you claim that "we at macleod think your a toss and so do most other clubs" shows that I am achieving my desired result and getting a reaction. What I write is no more "dribble" than most of the other posts we read....and doesn't that make this site a funny way to pass some time??
