Was standing toe-to-toe with you kangaroo's (or should i say Joey's) at the opening bounce in 2006, can tell you now i wasn't pissing my pants then (although a few gold and blue boys soiled their jocks in contests that day) and i definately ain't pissing them now......

If you Macleod boys weren't so cocky every season, maybe the payouts wouldn't come so hard at you when you invariably fail come the big day!

I duno how macloed are chokers? they may have lost the past 3 grand finals, but atleast they have been there, this year i dont think they were favourites and i dont think many people would have thought they would win. Thomo were the best team in the league, and after smashing whittlesea, you couldnt go past them really, in saying that i still tipped macloed only because i wanted them to win.
But i dont know how macloed choked when they really wernt seen by many to acturally win. They didnt choke, they simply lost. All this crap about choking is bullshit, its division 2 nfl, not AFL. Saints r chokers, crows r chokers, bulldogs r chokers... This is grassroots division 2 football, get over it.

Well done to Thommo, By far and away the best team all year IMO. Perhaps not at the end of season ladder, however the way they went about the process was always going to give them a great shot at the flag.

Difference between the earlier comparisons of West Preston during 90's, and MacLeod during 00's is that West's reserves team won about 50 games on the trot (West supporter state the correct total). West had depth. MacLeod do not have successful depth, and need it to progress.

Most over-rated - W'Sea
Biggest dissapointment - Lower
Biggest suprise packet - Fitzroy / Watsonia

The team that should go down if there is 3rd div should be Macleod (i mean chokers ) at least they wont fill up the Grand Final spot AGAIN and looooooose AGAIN... at least let another team that might have alittle bit of heart in there to win. Because most teams that loooose 1 granny will turn it around, but when u loooose 2 there need to be changes...should i keep going!!!!! ive got alot more.... can anybody help this team off CHOKERS???????????

But i watch alot and play alot of local footy and mate if your team is going to win the big 1 u need a shake up of the people that run and play for your club........AND THATS A FACT!!!! that goes for all teams in the same boat as yours......
