Agree. I live in Melbourne but support the Jets despite never visiting Newcastle (only support them due to my EPL allegiance lol). Thinking of buying a token membership for next season too.

I don't follow a team, not to go into too much detail as I discussed it earlier. Follow the A-league now, obviously not as much as I follow Cricket and Australian Rules.
Something I didn't mention earlier, I had a brief soft spot for Aston Villa for a while because I thought Gabriel Agbonlahor was an incredible player, so perhaps finding a favourite player can help you decide on a team.

Not a bad idea though need to be careful to support the team/club over the players. I have a mate who is obsessed with Ronaldo and Torres. He switched from Liverpool to Chelsea and Man Utd to Real Madrid following their transfers
