It does not matter where I get my information from I am not at liberty to say but I have not been wrong yet.
I understand people post rumours and things on these blogs but I only report what is correct.

One more piece of good news coming in the next few days..... May involve the "Raging Bull".

Thank God! I'm tired of your bad news always coming true. Happy for good news coming. :D;)

Just got pick 26 from the Cats. Upgraded from 32 and 34.

Yeah sorry about all the bad news but now that it is out of the way only good things to come.

With half and hour to go who knows if Caddy will stay or go it is up to other clubs to throw everything at GC.
If we get Warnock I gather Bock will move up the ground a bit so we will have another big body down there. Still a bit light on up forward let's hope those boys grow muscles and their muscles over this break and the summer one.
Can't wait til 2 pm and it is over til the Draft and Pre season Trading.

Very happy with the picks we've traded for.

Warnock is a KPD, but won't get the best forward. Can take the big forwards but he's not that reliable according to the Melbourne supporters. I'll reserve my judgement until I see him playing in our colours.

I'll post up a Draft thread at 1pm.

Is Warnock a full back? I thought Frawley usually had the best forward?

Any idea how we will use him?

I know, i know it's a lot of questions, at least we didn't give upa anything to get him.
I think Warnock was a spare full-back, who Melbourne didn't really need, because they had Frawley.

Caddy's staying! Woo. :D

Exactly. I'm confident that the Suns can help him get through whatever problems he has too, especially since this whole Father thing has been exaggerated beyond belief. Club is very accommodating with this sort of stuff.

Looking forward to see him on the park next year. The more he'll play with us, the more he will bond with the team. Pumped!

Exactly, now that he has recovered form injury he will bond better with the team and get a spot in the 22 with travel allowance to Melb and will settle in. Next year I would offer him a 3-4 year deal and try get it out the way early, particularly if he comes out firing at the start of the year.

Best result for the club. So stoked. We'll definitely be supporting Josh with his father's "illness".

Having only played 2 games due to injury must have been frustrating, watching all his young teammates get plenty of opportunities. An uninterrupted season with Josh getting plenty of games would help our chances of keeping him in the long term.

Ashcroft is backing the club to re-sign him, after spending time in Arizona with the club and playing senior footy he should be far more comfortable. Great to hear.

The only thing that brought this up was the obscene amount of coin that the Bombers were offering Josh. If we could get close to matching it for a new contract, I think he might re-sign and extend. :thumbsu:

Good on Gold Coast for sticking up for themselfs in this occasion! But next year i can def see us offering Caddy a truckload of money and getting him for free in the PSD. Esp since he said he wants to play for us. You guys better sign him up quickly or else we are gonna snap him up :p

I guess Caddy will have to stay poor like the rest of us for another 12 months. ;)

I think if he continues to play the way he did in that Hawks game this year, the Suns are likely to present him with a very generous offer with his second contract. But to offer him the kind of coin Essendon did after only one full game is crazy. Time will tell, anyway.

If Caddy does leave us at the end of next year (hopefully he won't), then JOM entering the squad will at least make his departure easier. :D

We'll do our best, boms.

The past few days have been so stressful. If the Caddy trade went through in the final minute I would have... argh.

I feel this gif would have been appropriate.

Im not sure he actually said he wanted to play for Essendon...It's just Essendon were the only ones to actually talk to his management to make an offer of that magnitude.

For an 18yo with a 7 figure 3 year deal - It's pretty bloody enticing!!

I will back GC to resign him and match the offer and Caddy to settle into GC life and culture.

I am sure your group of ear whisperers and story tellers are already back at work on the poor kid. If he goes home next year then so be it but I would be dealing with every other club before your mob.

Well even if he doest leave at next years end its good for your club to put a stand on trades. Wanted a top 10 pick and nothing else we couldnt offer that and you guys didnt budge.

BOMS don't you think that the Dons should of thought about what they COULD offer before they approached Caddy rather than bleat about what they CAN'T after promising him the world.

Poor form.
