According to Brisbane fans, our bid for Fletcher was both petty and revengeful but also apparently made zero difference to their draft hand so was pointless. They're mad about it but also totally not mad about it. Hard to know what it was really, other than clearly upsetting to their fans for some reason.
They are only upset because we rated Fletcher and placed a bid on him. I wander if it was a different club that place the bid on Fletcher would they upset about it

Relax, remember Geelong were tipped to win the flag after recruiting Danger in 2016 even we were the favourites after recruiting Barry Hall. These things rarely pan out, injuries, weight of expectations, other teams set themselves to play them etc.

The way Naughton is going, his body will be shot by 28/29.
I don't know what the Dogs have been doing for him to help develop and expand his skills, he's still a one trick pony; fly for a mark. Outside of his marking ability, he's a pretty useless tall forward.

Naughton's big improvement last year was in kicking goals from general play. He definitely relied on marks in 2021.

Just don't mention the NGA rules deliberately being changed the year Mac Andrew turned 18, 12 months after we were 'gifted' Ugle-Hagan and robbing his Dees of a future star. His favourite claim to corruption and clear evidence of unfair AFL favouritism of the Bulldogs (but please ignore any AFL leg ups the Dees received over the past decade or so, that doesn't count).

Did you know that the Bulldogs have never received a fairly earned free kick and umpires often make up new rules to gift the Bulldogs enough free kicks to get them over the line? That’s why they often win with their substandard team. I thought everyone knew this
