Shitney supporters whining about us to the plastics. Itā€™s nice to be feared.
Happens every time either of them have a "key game" against us. They hate each other all season. But soon as either ones are playing us, they start giving each other handjobs all week. Some kind of roundhouse therapy session about being the victims, evil umpires, rightful premiership stolen from both in 2016 etc.

Most of that was fine. Most of those contact below the knees was a dogs player trying to pick the ball up, not diving.

And yeah, McLean went low a bit but even the commentary said they needed to go lower to tackle him. Some of those in the back calls were hilarious.

Most salty fans in history.

They should have watched the final we played against the Eagles in Perth with Brad Johnson at CHFā€¦. So many unpaid free kicks for in the back, that the AFL had to update the interpretation that off-season to stop the eagles tactics.

Any excuse to watch some highlights of that day šŸ¤¤

They showed the 3-4 missed frees, but none of the ones we arguably could have had either. Most unbiased videoā€¦.

Macrae holding at the end was a howler no doubt, some of them correct no-calls based on interpretation at the time and they even included a few that were never a free kick. The 2 ā€œbelow the kneesā€ incidents were fair, the first one McLean was going for the ball and didnā€™t slide/dive, the Swans player played for the free and ran into him with no attempt to play the ball.

The Hannebery one has been done to death. Wood went in low & hard as you should, whilst body of an old man Hanners stepped past the ball and tried to pick it up like it was a towel on the floor, not the footy in the last quarter of the biggest game of the year.

Am I the only one who thinks the Macrae one on Rampe isn't a bad decision? They're battling each other for position at the drop of the ball, holding each other (can't see from the camera angle, but I'd reckon Rampe has a fair chunk of Macraes jumper to hold him off like that), then Rampe has the ball in the palm of his hand. Macrae is fully entitled to "pull him off the ball" from here.

But anyway, they can whinge and carry on all they like, take a gander at Parker's complete molestation of Wood in the marking contest for Kennedy's (2nd?) goal, and Boyd not even remotely throwing it for Hewetts goal. These are the only actual INCORRECT or non-decisions that lead DIRECTLY to a goal. We should have won by 34.

Or Johannisen's overturned goal, which was incorrect to overturn and not make umpires call.

Been explained to death before but you can't be definitive if the ball is failing to be over the line, because of a 2d image and perspective. If you moved the ball vertically above the goalline (the z axis) while not moving it back or forth or left or right at all (ie just veritcal movement), the ball would appear smaller the further away it gets on the camera, and therefore not yet over the goals (same thing with side to side).. It's that principle that you need multiple cameras or a birds-eye view or whatever, and Johannisen's goal shouldn't have been overturned.

No Sydney fan has been able to suggest why if there was actually a conspiracy why they wouldn't just allow that goal to be umpires call (which it actually should have been...) rather than overturned, if anything, the conspiracy should be in the other direction!

To them It makes up for ignoring the swans playing the last quarter like they had cement in their boots. Watch that last Picken goal, they were spent after Boydā€™s big goal

We were missing some important parts in there with Bedford and Danielā€™s out.
We couldnā€™t get it out of our defence with Whitfield being the only one since we were missing Ash.
Not a big fan of losing especially against the plastic puppyā€™s but it ainā€™t the end of the world.

lol lmao at the bolded part. They really take being called plastic badly.

Which one of 5 supporters was that one from?

Thatā€™s why I donā€™t think GWS will have any concern over the loss. A win would have sent them to Adelaide to play Port

Guess which teamā€™s supporter said this.

ā€œDisappointing the dogs are in the finals though, they're allowed to play to a completely different set of rules to everyone else. Disgusting to watch, hopefully they crash and burn first week.ā€

Yeah.. they wanted to win. Kingsley even smashed his phone at one point. I also don't see those two players making all the difference, they had them earlier in the year. The dogs just have the wood on them

What about this one?

This is a pretty crappy stadium ā€¦ not sure how Mars Stadium is AFL standard when winds and rain make it a bit of a lottery

At least you don't have to scrape the cow dung off the ground before a game. Nor does it smell like a cattle truck has passed you on a hot windy day.

Nah, they should be prepping the excuses for going out in two straight for this finals series rather than finding excuses for past failure. Weakest top team in years.

GWS will wipe them in the coming game. Wont be able to blame the umps for that, the AFL love them both equally.

Both sets of moronic supporters will be watching the umpires closer than the football.

Reckon there's a good chance they go out in straight sets to GWS and then Brisbane. They'll still find a way to blame that on #VICBIAS.
