I only watched the last quarter but that was a very ordinary game. My daughter tells me the first 3 quarters were just as bad.

Stevo brought back in for North and 3 touches/0 tackles up until 3QT. I know they're getting pumped but I'm at the ground and he's the most lethargic looking player out there by so far it's not funny

i just did the same but I thought it was the skill level. It was terrible. I do agree umpires are giving free kicks for violent collisions, though.

We have different interpretations of what constitutes violent collisions. Slight jumper tugs and finger tips momentarily resting on opponents bodies seem to be considered unacceptable infringements.

It's simple. Umpire like they do the last ten minutes of a close grand final. You know- ignore blatant body blocks which prevent a player from being in the contest.

well jumper tugs are crazy all around - crazy for the umpires to base holding the man solely on a slight tug and crazy for the players who are doing the jumper tugs......why do they persist?

I was talking about when a player crashes into another or tackles them in a way that is violent enough to offend the umpire... I think they interpret as unnecessary rough play...

It’s always hard to tell what’s really going on from the outside, but his attitude seemingly stinks. I’m sure he will be a star one day, but he looks miles off it now. Unwilling to chase, throwing tantrums etc…. Not a good look.

the people who said he may be finished in 3 seasons are looking on the money for mine, shocking outcome really but it is on him.
