Yes but he’s contracted and we are the seller so the purchaser has to pay more to dislodge26-30 is fair
Some of the calls in here for pick 12 are ridiculous. I'd like to hear the uproar if we were using pick 12 to recruit him in
I would hope F1 = at least 12 (not including Noble)I think 12 for Noble + F1 is a possibility.
Yes but he’s contracted and we are the seller so the purchaser has to pay more to dislodge
Contracted till 2026Or you can let him go in twelve months for pick 44
So be it. They're the ones that want him nowOr you can let him go in twelve months for pick 44
They know what they can do with that suggestion.....And these people will be annoyed once trade week starts and GC are offering pick 38.
For pick 20 at least. He's not staying. Nor will the club force him too. The deal will be done.
Cameron has been a fine pick up. But we have traded in a few gumbies over the years.Trading can also be hit and miss. It’s not like trading in a 30 yo guarantees you a premiership either. We have a bad record of trading first round picks for players
I still think this is a terrible outcome. I’d rather just take 20 or whatever it is or tell Gold Coast to deal with itI think 12 for Noble + F1 is a possibility.
Hence why McRae indicated we didn’t have the trade capital to be chasing Petracca and Houston.pre trade picks are done.
Fremantle will be a team to watch in October, with the Dockers holding picks 9, 10 and 16 as they target the likes of Richmond pair Shai Bolton and Liam Baker.
Gold Coast also has three first-round picks - 6, 12 and 20 - as they look to bring in Daniel Rioli and John Noble during the trade period.
The draft order could still change before the trade period begins on October 7, with free agency compensation picks yet to be decided by the AFL.
The likes of Josh Battle, Harry Perryman and Isaac Cumming are among the free agents expected to find a new home in October, which would trigger compensation for their current clubs.
The Free Agency window runs from October 4-11, with the trade period to start on October 7 and finish on October 16.
The 2024 Telstra AFL Draft will be held on November 20-21.

For Noble and F1 id be wanting 12 and 20. :/I think 12 for Noble + F1 is a possibility.
Congratulations you’ve reached my level of pettinessI’m now at a point where I don’t want Houston because of how damn good he is I just want him because of how much it’ll piss off Seedsfan!
Agree, otherwise they get noble for a packet of chips. I wouldn't do that deal.I still think this is a terrible outcome. I’d rather just take 20 or whatever it is or tell Gold Coast to deal with it
I don't however want the guy coming through in the next few years with the also unfortunate name of Wes Walley. I heard he goes missing in games frequently.I want him just for the name. Imagine being able to scream out “kick it Faulkhead!”
I thought Barrett was just talking shit. can't see us giving up everything for Dan.Tom Morris on the news just said it's down to North and Carlton for Houston
I'd rather poke my eyes out with a rusty nail than listen to that.Should get some Tomorrow
Trade Radio is back
Reading comprehension is important. Literally nobody has said Noble is worth pick 12. It has been widely reported though that the club are targeting pick 12 and Noble could be a part of that.26-30 is fair
Some of the calls in here for pick 12 are ridiculous. I'd like to hear the uproar if we were using pick 12 to recruit him in
Josh Dunkley ?So you all disagree yet can’t come up with anything to support your stance. Then get angry and personal. Perhaps you should reflect upon yourself
That would be an awful deal for usI think 12 for Noble + F1 is a possibility.
