We'll be trying to win the flag next year, but I don't think keeping the oldies speaks much to recruits. More to the reality that we've got a lot of 22+ year olds who haven't kicked on and become senior players. Johnson, Krueger, Macrae, Begg, Sullivan, Bytel, Long. It means they're in trouble. Cutting oldies wouldn't add much future potential - it'd simply mean adding an extra really late pick or SSP player.We must be going for another premiership push. Keeping all the oldies is a big indication we are trying to poach someone I reckon.
