Test Pakistan v England (3 Test Matches)

The flat pitches in Pakistan don't favour Pakistan, if anything they favour opposition teams which is why I don't think it's deliberate
Unfortunately that is true. And if you do say that they can’t do anything about the pitches, it might be better to find an XI that better suits the pitch.

Also, the fact that this series is against England; who are alot more aggressive than other teams. And, this is a dead rubber; as neither can qualify for WTC final. Resulting in no effort in this game

A lot of records are being broken here.

Root and Brook have broken the record England test partnership vs Pakistan and are close to breaking the England all time record test partnership between Cowdrey and May back in 1957.

BBC doing their best to pretend that England are batting on a demon pitch, calling Harry Brook a superb talent.

Brook is a superb talent, he isn't batting on a demon pitch, it's a road but he is still playing a great test innings batting this long.

He isn't just a T20 slogger, he is starting to play like a proper test batsman, batting with Root and learning off him would help him.

He's not a superb talent, he's a decent batsman who struggles when he has to move his feet. His own record in England proves that averaging just 38.

Only 411. That’s surprising. Would’ve thought was more.

Root and Brook should aim for 500. Well within their sights.

Broad and Trott for 332 is ridiculous

He looks like the next big thing, very classy at the crease.

He is a superb talent as a T20/ODI batsman and he is improving as a test batsman, he is still a flat track bully like Warner though.

At least he isn't an opener like Warner though, he bats down around at no.5 where he will get a lot of flat tracks to bully bat on.

‘Just.’

lol, mate his strike rate is nearly 90 and he’s played 20 test matches, in his first overseas match not in Pakista he walked out on the first morning of a test in NZ at 4-150 and clobbered 89 off 81 against Southee and Wagner.

He followed it up coming in at 3-20 on the first morning against Southee Henry and Wagner by smacking 180 at a run a ball.

Hashim Amla averaged 60 in England and 46 in South Africa never got his feet near the ball.

The myth that you have to move your feet to make runs in England is just that: a myth.

You find the technique that works for you and you hone it.

Oh wow his strike rate is nearly 90. That's amazing. Just replace Bradman with him already.

Oh wait this is PhatBoy posting... now it all makes sense.

Yes yes if I praise someone it must be anti-Australian bias talking, right?

It can’t be because a guy with 20 tests has scored 1800 runs at 62 with a strike rate higher than Adam Gilchrist and he might just have some talent.

It’s got to be because I don’t like Michael Neser 😂😂😂😂
