Add in Treacy for back up ruck, and allow Jackson to rove/full time forward. Treacy is a dog at the contest. Floats around the ground.
Jl is scared to even try it.
At Peel he plays his best as a relief ruckman (charges into the ball up contests and is the hardest tackler at the club)also dropping back a kick behind the play where he seems to be a surer mark
Let Dogga roam the forward line and fly into the packs but can we have a forward remain front and centre for the crumb

Couldn't care less how well Wilson plays in the WAFL, would rather pump games into the younger guys.
Well I remember 2018. A 32 year old Danyle Pearce was getting 25-30 disposals in the wafl. Younger guys like Stefan Giro was getting games over him because of youth policy.
so a policy of no integrity at the selection table, where we ignore form and select based on age?
Well..... I usually choose the best available.
So how do you fix the wafl? The Beagles are a disgrace.
The governing body has hurt WA footy, first with $ubisco and
now with a team with no ties at all.
Then you have salary breaches. Are they really non partial?
Well.... West coast eagles are in a no win situation.

Only reason why west coast has a WAFL side was the WAFL needed a 10th side.

Eagles can only choose 13 or 14 or 15. players in their WAFL best 22. Then fill out 7-10 spots in their WAFL 22 on amateur players.

Dockers deal with Peel isn't bad. Probably a nice deal to help both sides.

I look at Peels WAFL senior side. Look at the 22 players being played. I only see 10-12 dockers listed players playing each week. That means 10-12 peel players are playing and getting rotated.

It feels like 2016-7 again.

Dockers will finish bottom 4 or bottom 6.

Peel will make finals and might do some damage in the WAFL finals.

I remember 2016 the dockers were 0-10 and crippled with injuries. Even to a point they legitimately had only 25 or 26 available players out of 43-45 in the main squad.

Yet peel managed to get top 5 in 2016.

I look at the eagles WAFL club. They are uncompetitive.

The eagles should have an alignment with a struggling side like Perth demons or have a recruitment zone like all WAFL sides and develop some WAFL locals.

I don't think we need more B grade ceiling KPFs.
Not exactly spoilt for choice back in 2012-5?

2019-20 we had Taberners, the Lobbs and the Hogan's.

My standard's are not High.

I don't expect 1 tall forward to kick 60-70 goals in one season.

I have no issues on any 2 of Jackson, Amiss, Tracy or Sam Sturt to kick 60-70 goals between them.

I always wanted Lobb and Taberner to kick 60-70 goals between them to help Freo make finals. And the closest I got was last season when Lobb kicked 36 and tabs kicked 23.

Ok, I remember his development as showing some real potential in year 1, followed by a season of injury when he didn't play much and then he hasn't shown much outside of pre-season since.

No surprise when they let him have a run at his best position during pre-season and has not had the same opportunity since. Being dropped/shuffled all over the place would be bloody hard to build some form. Especially when neither Peel or Freo can fathom how to lower the eyes and deliver to a leading forward.

Every week the forwards signal for the delivery of the ball to come in lower

Who has done the best inside 50 kicks to our forwards this year? I recall good ones from Sturt, Hughes, Serong, I think I remember a good one or 2 from OMeara. Brayshaw continually lets himself him down with his.

Anyone know what position Conrad has been playing in reserves?
Wing , is a very raw talent but does shows some real pace but at the moment is a project player (will he make it is anybodys guess at this stage ie another joel western)
I would look at Michael Sellwood or Clay Hall as better prospects

Clay Hall will probably go second round or higher at this rate, so not really comparable to Conrad.

Sellwood is an interesting one. Clearly all the tools to be an excellent WAFL seniors player, some question marks over his disposal though and whether AFL clubs will think that will hinder him at the next level given the role he would need to play at his size.

Amiss has had some good inside 50 kicks but obviously we rather he was the player kicking at goal....

In the first two games at least, Liam Henry.

Henry has fallen off a cliff the last month. He really played himself out of the AFL side and I can’t see him getting back in unless he’s absolutely starring at peel. He’s never had a BOG performance in a WAFL game from memory though
