MORE IMPORTANTLY!!!!! Pressure.

**** Me.

Meanwhile what social media intern made that video. mitch georgiades........ It's Mitch Georgiades. Literally such a small and insignificant thing that makes that video look so stupid and amateur when the damn title emblazoned across the top of that video is writing his name in lower case.

correct punctuation is passive aggressive grandpa

Before he did his knee wasn't his form terrible?

As sobrave pointed out the “his form was terrible” calls were really not accurate

His form was good, leading marking finding plenty of the ball, if he kicked those attempts at even a below average rate he would have been having a great season.

However he was shanking everything.

They do say however poor kicking is poor form, so from that POV, yeah.

If we’ve got an ounce of sense we would play him as close to goals as possible

A) it’s where he’s played is best footy in the past snyway

B) gives him the best chance of having some close and easy shots on goal to get his confidence up.

Not quite sure why the heck they're changing MG's role to that of a half forward. He has all the attributes you'd want in a KPF, and if he were 2 inches taller we probably wouldn't even be having this discussion.

Great to see him back, I just hope this role change doesn't stunt his development.

He doesn't suit our inside 50 game plan. He keeps leading and trying to mark it rather than standing at the back and trying to spoil it.

He has a decent engine, good mobility and will be a good lead up target to connect the ball from defence to attack. I personally think Todd would be good for that given his intelligence and ball use, however he lacks the mobility and possibly the engine. I also think the concussions mean we want to keep him in the forward line a bit more to reduce risk.

"Kick a couple of goals, but MOST IMPROTANTLY apply pressure"

On SM-G975F using BigFooty.com mobile app
It decides winning or losing.

I went and watched Hope Valley play a trial last night. They were competitive all night against Morphett Vale before eventually going down by a couple of pressure acts*.

*under the old metric, HV lost by 5 goals

Reality is Finlayson is on notice and Mitch needs a spot. Mitch will end up forward.
Despite a relatively quiet game, he still managed to get a few scores on the board. If his ruckwork provides Soldo a chop out, he's keeping the spot until Sweet or Visentini show enough as a forward, they'll hold Fin. (or if Fin keeps getting smashed in the ruck like he did against Gawn)

Finlayson lost all credibility that he had as being a useful chop out at the end of the 3rd quarter against Melbourne. At that precise moment he lost that job.

He is just hanging on as a forward though 3 good quarters of football out of 12 that we have played this year. I want him back in the sanfl until he takes a game apart in the sanfl which he can do. I think his confidence is down and doing the ruck work is contributing to that.

I can't wait to see a starved footy Georgiades brings to the table.

I think we started our run when he got his injury so he has been seeing his teammates play well so hopefully he can bring a bit of pizzazz and excitement to the forward line.

You seem to know everything about Port. Surely you would remember the status of his form at the time.

Bet he knows the name of Darcy Fogarty's maternal great-grandmother :p
