Welcome Cooper! Looking forward to watching how he develops. We've been linked to him consistenly and for a long time, so we must see something we like.

Aslong as bev doesn't come out saying he is the most developed draftee ever or something.24 disposal and 2 goals a game.
A big bodied goal kicking midfielder is what we need. Slowish at top speed but strong out of a contest. He’ll also develop a tank at the top level.
Reminds me of the Cripps at pick 13, 9 years ago.
Looking forward to see him up close during some pre season hitouts.
We're definitely a side who could do with some Clay Smith like aggression in the forward half.I'm getting Clay Smith vibes from this boy. I hope he's half the competitor Clay was. I like the pick.
Don't mind the pick, given that most of the guys I'm sure most of us would have preferred were already gone, and helps solidify some midfield depth down the track.
Solid, not spectacular burst, good user, big bodied, hits the scoreboard and capable forward. His tank isn't great, but seems by all accounts to be a good character with decent workrate, so should improve with time.
Whe Twomey mocked him to us I was disappointed, but this video that someone posted in the draft thread changed my mind (namely from 4:00 onwards). He's actually got some lovely touch I reckon, something I hadn't seen anyone say about him - some moments of finesse that I wasn't expecting. Plays with great energy and strength. There's a lot of upside here. He was clearly the best player available in my mind, it's a good pick.
Brisbane just won a flag by ten goals without having a quick midfield and Treloar and Richards are certainly not slow which makes it impossible for it to be a one paced midfield. In the modern era, speed is maybe the most damaging trait a player can have. You can't train someone to be faster either, we already have a one paced midfield and the last thing we need is another slow midfielder.
And touch in the sense of ball control too - the play that starts around 5:20 shows some amazing control of a footy coming in from a big kick. I'm hoping that's something he shows more of.Yep he’s a very good user of the ball.
I'll try to be nice but this is a really underwhelming selection to me. He's a big unit but he's slow and doesn't have a great tank.
Now I'm interested ...I'm getting Clay Smith vibes from this boy. I hope he's half the competitor Clay was. I like the pick.
