Quote the Australian Consumer Law.

They can't sell an item like that that screws up in 12 months under normal use. That's way under the expected life span of the item. They can repair or replace.

It might just be that EB replace it on the spot if its under 12 months, otherwise its send away and no on the spot replacement.

Literally thousand's of hours on this game. Have the PS4 8th game in the series but not as good.
Still drag out the PS2 on occasions to play. Would love this on the PS+ library

They definitely swap if you say it's drifting as it's a known issue. A stuck button may require further attention.

Whacked in a 2TB ssd and upgraded the PS+ subscription so I can download more games without officially paying for them

Not sure if the console IS acting as it should or if there's an issue with the console itself (internal ssd ?) or my tv/setup. I'm experiencing some in game stuttering in some games (can see it sometimes during game play, but often it's like in game menus don't pop up instantly when you can hear the game audio going on in the background as though everything should already be loaded and on my merry way - it's quite annoying when they pop up instantly on the pc/xbox versions). Is the SSD playing up ? is my tv not good enough for the console ? arghhhh.

Seems like a lot for us mere plebs. Scuf controllers with paddles are 259 euros.
Think I might stick to my two standard controllers.

it's exxy, but when you consider you can swap out sticks and not be at the mercy of stick drift at any point, for me it becomes a very feasible option, as I'm already experiencing drift on my replacement controller for previous drift. And that's without even taking into account how ****ing great it will be to go back to having paddles. Just a shame it's only 2 of 'em.

I'll be getting one for sure, but it helps that it's really either that or buy a normal one and given what I've said above, why would I do that
