We all want changes but who are these kids you're talking about. Apart from Balic who? Collins ,Sheridan, Crosier are hardly kids. Its not only Dawson ,Ibbotson Sutcliffe turning it over its Walters ,Fyfe ,they are all crap at the minute . I'm stuffed for ideas. Haven't read what you post then. Amazing how everyone was on the Ross train when we made a grand final but when the players play shit it's all his fault.

I think they are taking risks but not hitting targets so getting killed.. The players are not chasing tackling or doing the basics. You don't have to coach that.Our young players like Blakely Weller Tucker have been poor. I like Langdon though.
Sandilands seems unable to mark anything. I am critical of Mundy because his player just walks away from him.Neale is struggling. Walters seems out of sorts.

I think I've figured out WTF is happening here , everyone knows we are shit , we have so many holes playing young guys is only going to ruin them therefore keep getting games into them in the WAFL . Finish bottom 3 , get a 40000 hectare farm for Fyfe . Lyon goes to a contending team and we have the building blocks in place for our next good team and a hungry young coach without a messiah complex to negotiate when selecting the side

If we truly put effort above skill. We should have kept Barlow, DeBoer and Mzungu and got rid of passenger types: Sheridan, Crozier, Sutcliffe (though I'm liking him lately), Johnson etc.

I thought a few years back that we were finally not the laughing stock of the competition,it looked like we would regularly play finals. Well the lasted about 3 years and we are back to establishing ourselves as the laughing stock of the competition. What i have noticed is that we have no mongrel in us like the eagles,we have never had that killer instinct,always seem to be the pushovers of the competition,well we certainly have regressed back to that again. It's so stressful and depressing being a docker supporter when you never know what we are going to dish up every year. I have no idea what the answers is only that Ross is no longer doing it for me.
