The only good thing about freo losing is if they lose and Carl, haw, dogs win their remaining games freo are then stuck in 9th and our game is then a dead rubber for them.

GWS sell out every game in Canberra. Sydney doesn't give a shit. They'd go off like a frog in a sock if you just moved em here. Canberra people like their footy and there's a lot of Vic/SA expats who'd jump on board.

Big Aussie rules community around those regions.
Likely the reason the AFL schedule early starts in the ACT.
