Give the opposition some credit they have a near 50/50 record and won by 9 goals over in the West last week. This was never going to be easy on their home deck. I am not sure if some of us under rate the opposition or over rate us.

Carlton only ever present against us two ways:

• Absolute dogsh¡t resulting in a pedestrian percentage-booster

• Good-ordinary but playing like they’re on speed with everything they try coming off

As poor as we are, this is shaping as the latter.
