The positive for Port Adelaide heading into half time will be that they have been here before. After trailing the Blues by 49 points at half time in Round 5, 2022, they got within three points of snatching a win at the full time siren.

Selections were arrogant. Obviously Dixon, McKenzie and JHF were right, but half cooked Lycett and Burton and Narkle out were looking bad at selection night and worse now.

Probably because both those garbagemen are back in the middle. Butters seems to paying high half forward and JHF is out.
