Well if we can limit the damage going againstthe breeze next quarter we should be a chance to keep the loss under 60 points.

Still had less possesions than Geelong that quarter i believe.

Well a much better quarter of football. The intensity was there, the midfield started winning the ball and more importantly helping out in defence. Our Pagons Paddock type plan worked fairly well that quarter.

I fear its just the calm before the storm and Geelong will come out and kick 8 goals to 1 like so many teams do against us after half time, but at least its given us a glimmer of hope.

Davenport, two ripper goals that quarter, Rodan still working very hard, Chaplin doing alright, Meyer picked up a bit, P Burgoyne very good that quarter as well.

We just need to win more of the ball. Theyve got 14 players with 10 disposals or more, weve got 1. Theyve had 100 more disposals.

If we can even out the clearances, we're a good chance in the 2nd half.

Having said that, our last few 2nd halfs have been disgraceful. Please let today be different.
