Honestly don't know why anyone bothers still putting money in to a club that would be so moronic that they sign a 10 year failed coach up for 2 more years before playing finals. It is so stupid it defies belief.

Why exactly isn't Josh Carr ready to be senior coach again???

Has a real Port d. Geelong 2004 QF feel to it now.

Brisbane breaking the shackles of their own September sickness in utterly convincing fashion.
Yup. They'll win the flag.

Our only chance this year was finishing top 2 and somehow doing the reverse and just getting over a couple sides with the home crowd momentum.

Playing the Lions at the GABBA and Collingwood at the MCG was always going to end up like this.

If we do make it through to play Collingwood it is going to be an absolute thrashing.

I don’t get it either. I have invested my $$$’s into an awesome holiday coming up in January and good bottles of wine to endure watching some of the trash being dished up. Lasted until half way through the third.

Best to go out in straight sets.

That's what change is for.

That's why for the entire history of Australian Football, coaches have been changed earlier than ours.

Not just for the blindly faithful to be ignorant of reality as if we're following some sort of unaccountable cult.

We set a record for leading an unaccountable club with zero ruthless edge and this is what you get.

A consistent side that is no threat of anything major.
In response to someone saying "It's the hope that kills ya, you've gotta have hope for the kids".

Umm no you don't. This FORCED hope that our board seem to think we need to exhibit is completely against the entire fabric and history of our game.

HOPE is born of the team, the coach, the individuals, performances and strategies our team and club exhibit. Our malaise doesn't inspire anything. In fact it kills it.

They ain’t winning the flag.. once they play a side with decent pressure and defence will bring them undone

Time to remove dead wood - if we want a hope of winning a final.

Best:- Ollie Lord, Butters, Rosey, Drew. McKenzie and Williams were best in defence.

Wines is finished. Too many possessions straight to opposition. He totally lacks aggression of any kind.
Burton, Slice, Finlayson, Byrne-Jones duds too.

disappointed with Marshall, Allir, Houston.

Our Zone D is shite.

Koch looked thrilled with his choices.

screwed-goodbye.gif

Allir been found out again.. when having to play as a proper one on one defender..
It’s like having Brett Montgomery being our no 1 key back.
Which we have known all year, but have tried exactly zero.
