Verdict: apart from Betts the others are tallish .....plus it shows how small our midfield is & how lacking in marking power our midfield is

That would potentially make the list mathematics much simpler, if it were to eventuate.

The big question is... who is going to be stupid enough to take Mackay's contract? If he's alleged to have 3-years @ $400k per year, then that's a sizable commitment. Presumably Adelaide would have to pay part of it, but even so, I'd be over the moon if it were to happen.

Of course, Dmac still has to agree to being traded...

But moving may be what he needs, particularly if he is out of favour here and his contract is honoured for the next 3 years.
