Pretty sure a fitness coach has very little to do with assessing injuries.I am a bit concerned that a Fitness Manager/Coach, who oversaw the Richmond fitness regime, has jumped ship after only a few seasons.
We have a bad habit of ignoring advice on players fitness in finals, but mainly Grand Finals. McDonald was obviously injured in the GF. Mills was fit. I just can't see the sense of ignoring both medical & fitness advice. Hi ow many times in Horse's tenure has this happened? 2014, 2916, 2022 & 2024. You can't win the Big Dance with unfit players

It's quite common for people in those roles to change employers fairly regularly. We forget that for us, it's our beloved football club, but for them it's just stepping stones to further their career (and more power to them.)I am a bit concerned that a Fitness Manager/Coach, who oversaw the Richmond fitness regime, has jumped ship after only a few seasons.

So I guess I'm doing a cut and paste job using one of the pictures from this years calendar?
- Luke Parker, who is likely to be in North colours in 2025.
- Taylor Adams, not picked in any of our finals sides.
- Hayden McLean & Joel Amartey, probably in our bottom four players.
- Only one defender??
Take your pick. It's a mess.

Trigger warning please.I have seen them mannequins as well. They were on the field on GF day.
Whilst I agree that the AFL will ensure that every equalisation measure put in place to help us is countered by a reactionary measure to appease the 'traditional' states... it helps that these father-son players show up in grand finals, unlike our academy players.F/S has completely demolished the impact of Academy players especially in terms of success.
Ashcroft brothers/Daicos brothers could deliver multiple premierships.
It’s a nonsense.I say scrap the F/S system.
Do you think Collingwood win the premiership last year without Moore and the Daicos brothers? It's not
I say scrap the F/S system.
It’s worked in reverse at Sydney. Potential f/s in Dunkley and Daniher have won premiership’s against us. However, Hawks F/S Josh Kennedy won a flag with us.It's a tradition that hasn't worked to our advantage much to date. But I think traditions do add colour to our game and it's one thing that makes AFL different to the big US sports.
It's interesting that we are 150 years old but haven't gotten much benefit from F/S.It’s worked in reverse at Sydney. Potential f/s in Dunkley and Daniher have won premiership’s against us. However, Hawks F/S Josh Kennedy won a flag with us.
It’s a tradition to the old VFL teams. WA/SA teams haven’t benefited at this stage and Suns and Giants are a long way off.
Luck plays a part. Pies, Cats have done well. Bulldogs have benefited. It's interesting that we are 150 years old but haven't gotten much benefit from F/S.
They should be allowed to play for the clubs their fathers' played for if they so wish. But clubs should be made to pay for that privilege. That's the unknown part that I don't like about the system. Are they going to be good or are they not.Do you think Collingwood win the premiership last year without Moore and the Daicos brothers?
Boo ****ing hoo. So what? They will eventually. It’s a tradition to the old VFL teams. WA/SA teams haven’t benefited at this stage and Suns and Giants are a long way off.
