Just note that once it comes out from the boot, give it time to recover and for the muscles to heal. Easy thumb rule, x weeks from injury to getting out of the boot and the same x weeks for the muscles to get back enough strength to do what it was doing before.
And if your in a moon boot, yo once that comes off you will need to strengthen your toes for walking.
