looks like the premiership is heading down bayside way (sorry mick, not hampton)
minor slip up from caulfield and brighton hitting their straps to storm home ala carey 2010

Caulfield and Uni Blacks are both looking the goods - will be not too friendly next time they meet, hey Tony (Caulfield crowd will know what I am talking about). Not sure on Old Brighton yet - much depends on who you can get on the park.

I can't believe how poor Hampton were yesterday, this was the most inexperienced side SKOB has put on the park in 25 years, and to have 26 goals 10 behinds kicked on them on a heavy, muddy and dead track was very surprising.
I feel sorry for Barney, has his work cut out.

You weren't at the southern end having 11.4 kicked over your head in the last! Must be the first time ever I've had to take that much water from the water boys in a quarter of footy.

Jack Coleman, who will play his 45th game on Saturday, was at the centre of Beaumaris' off-season turmoil when damaging photos of teammates Matt Petering, Pete Richter and Michael DeFontanay were posted online after allegedly being stolen from Coleman's computer.

The distractions have had an apparent impact on the form of the club and Coleman, who has struggled to produce his best this season.

But Coleman said he had tried to put the events of the past year behind him.

"Obviously, it was an inconvenience and I wish it upon no one and it's something that's happened and you've got to put it behind you. You can't play the blame game," Coleman said.

"It might look like I've got the weight (of the world) on my shoulders, but I'm just trying to try my hardest, maybe trying too hard."

The Sharks are coming off a great victory over Marcellin this week, and Coleman is looking to cement his spot in the 2nds along side other prospective players Ben Strong and Chris Badman.

Beaumaris V St Bernards - I reckon Bernies kicked themselves out of it last week and will be keen to respond.
Hampton V Old Ivanhoe - Ouch!
Old Brighton V Uni Blacks - Great win by Blacks last week, but will back the Tonners at home as they not going too shabby themselves.
Marcellin V St Kevins - SKOBS will win this despite the apparently world's largest ever injury list. The Eagles won't roll over but time is running out.
Oakleigh V Caulfield - Any win at the Snakepit is solid, but copping Caulfield on the rebound without young Lucas, edges it to the visitors.

Beauy, in with a real chance of finals, can't afford to drop this-must win.
OI, R.I.P Hampton.
OB, the form team of the comp, tonners to win by 4 goals.
Oakleigh, like Beauy, a real 8 pointer for them, must win.
SKOB in a close game, working their way back being led by their Under 19 boys.

Been a great week weather wise, and it was certainly needed!

snips your bit incorrect with jack colemans game count as I went and consulted with the stats boys and holders of the archives and it will be his 70th game. It has been very tough season for the sharkas due to a few pests round the club. However I would like to say Matt petering has really matured this year as this could be to his new love interest and shes a keeper. However calling ben strong and chris badman prospective players is a joke as Ben strong is still serving his home detention order strictly imposed by his girlfriend and Chris Badman looked like he would rather be back in vegas on the booze, gambling away thousands and chasing chicks.

Ok, it has now been confirmed that Hampton Rovers season is now officially "Juicy Fruited" as Uncle Mick has failed to select them for the 1st time this year. With only 7 games to go and running last in the tipsters he could have just stayed 'fat' with the club, but no, he must get off that bottom to save ego.

Heading down to the post office to buy a very large box.

Was in autopilot when I copy and pasted. Certainly not giving up on our boys.

Well done Mick.

Choked on my Coco Pops when I saw that, I reckon they have a chance this week at home.

Can understand the 'Front Office Boy' Private Eye jumping off them many weeks ago, but not a bloke that still actually pulls on the boots for them.
