This Wednesday night at Sportscover Arena OM's play Skevs, the match starting at 6.45pm with coverage on 96.5 Inner FM from 6.30 pm. The OT v OH game will be played Friday night at the same venue.

That is right, anyone who has seen the footage would not blame trinity for launching an investigation. A disgraceful act by number 10, who then cowardly changed his number after the incident.

Still hit him off the ball from behind when leading by some 70 points. Still had the operation, and yes he played the next week. That's courageous (and stupid imo). Plastic surgeon and club doctor provided the evidence based on years of medical experience, not based on players evidence, and not some muppet Beuamaris biased supporters viewpoint.
Gutless is, is what gutless does. The reported player got what he deserved, and now has a record to prove it.

Player involved (SKOB's) I've watched quite a bit over the years and seen him take some massive hits and just get up and play the next contest on its merits. So I'm surprised by his actions.

His actions happened under pressure, but the bottom line is the OT guy needed stitches so he will have a few weeks off I would imagine.
This is just untrue. He changed his jumper halfway through the third quarter after the second incident.

Ignore heel hound, he is a fool slandering a Vic state players name. I dont know of any player who would ask the coach if he could change his jumper because he tackled someone fairly, his jumper was torn in the ensuing assault in which the gutless OT player who king hit him was suspended for 3 weeks.
Classic that OT lost to a SKOB side with 11 of its best 18 not playing, heel hound needs to worry more about that than a bit of push and shove in the game.
In regards to the SKOB lad, he is having 4 weeks off, so Trinity should be happy with their manic display of petulance after the game, talk about a witch hunt.

I have nothing to do with OT but I respect my opponent. I watched one of my team last Saturday protect an opponent from hitting a boundary line fence. That is what we do when playing this game.

Was correcting a previous incorrect post that the player was apparently concussed & would be missing games. State the facts but no need to throw mayo on it. We all know OT's motives. Ben Dowd missing 5 weeks with a double fracture of a vertebrae due to a double knee in the back by an OT player while he was flat on his face no better. Only poor camera work/vision prevented any action being taken.
The VAFA is very good at suspending blokes who transgress, especially those who aren't reported by a field umpire. Why not lodge a club investigation. Last week an Oakleigh player was given 9 weeks on the back of an investigation and from your game a player got 4 weeks from an investigation.
It is no longer as seen as dobbing, but rather getting rid of un VAFA football behaviour.
On BS's post regarding OT. Nothing changes. Massive chip on a shoulder from a club who on the field, has performed quite well over the last 10 years, but off it just don't get the idea of being nice VAFA citizens. No club is perfect, but just play nice.

BS you are a joke:
- Being a state player excuses you for sending someone to hospital with a flying elbow to the head?
- The SKOBs player was apparently "king hit" but he still managed to run from the ground and play the rest of the game out?
- Trinity had many of its best players out of the game. Injuries are a part of most clubs. We also played 2 short with 2 players sent to hospital during the game, one in the first 7 minutes.
- "Sued for defamation". Talk about petulance.
For what it's worth I can't wait to see what unfolds when the 'Tees' lose their next game! The state player excuse appears to have saved Rambo over the years....

Will be hard for SKOB to win tonight with former Big V skipper Ben Dowd out with a broken back and Wissell in Bali for a few weeks enjoying the surf and sun. Could the next two nights be the beginning of night football for the VAFA? Certainly an angle that they could explore in future if all goes well.
