The last two weeks we have had very good umpires. They protect the ball player and let the game flow.

We have had some shocking ones every little hold, bump and tackle with both teams confused not knowing whose free kick it was

Not much chance of that happening, reckon Monash missed a trick and would have been competitive in Prem B. It was a weak decision not to go up so let's hope they don't win the flag.

I think Parkdale will be happy to steady the ship this year and then push back for Prem B next season or the year after.

Had the opportunity to watch Preston again on the weekend up against Old Geelong, Preston got off to a flying start through the big key forward number 30, some wonderful ruck work from 19 and midfield craft from 37 and 64 gave preston the chance going in the last quarter, but some costly 50 metre penalties from 35 and accurate kicking gave Old Geelong a 10 goal win.

Yeah it’s sad. They have been struggling the past couple weeks with u19s doubling up i think it’s a combination of a long season, injury’s and sickness. Hopefully the senior team is competitive for good match to watch
