Since Lever has seemingly learned to play 1:1, I'd have Disco before both.

But yeah, if I had to pick one to play KPD, Tomlinson as he could play on the bigger forwards. If it's the more mobile ones we're worried about, Hibberd/Lever would still be preferable to McDonald.

I was making a point that I wouldn’t trust TMac on an athletic guy but I’d trust tomo with a gorilla.

For games when we need another tall back, I reckon the solution is staring us in the face. Flick McDonald back.

For this week only... I'd like to experiment with BBB, Petty, and TMc in his customary CHF role. v v v

I'd like to try JvR at defence, as he was said to be a swingman... If this worked well. we could see both Petty and JvR as handy swingmen for the future, with both able to support one another, forward, back, or either or.

I do see JvR as our CHF... but I think, also a CHB.


Now is the time to see which setup will suit us, as we move toward the middle part of the season. Try vRoy back for a half, with TMc forward with Petty.

BBB in the goalsquare, And if needed we can sub anyone later on.

Switching one of our tall forwards, at the main break. JvR, for Petty or TMc. Or BBB subbed...

Yeah so drop a kid who's started well off a solid game. Great call.

He wasn't quiet at all. Hibberd had half the possessions playing the same role and even less influence. Too many defenders in a game where our backline looked the most balanced it's been all year. Right.
