I will judge the season entirely on how many testicles, real or synthetic, Dodongo loses. Last year was a one-nut season. Hopefully, this year will be three or four. A three or four nut season will show real improvement. Dodongo has to put them up for the good of the club and Mrs Dodongo will just have to suck it up. (Not literally of course... well not unless she likes that kind of thing...who am I to judge.)

Also Dodongo's mail is that Rayner is making his debut. Dodongo's source is that solid that Dodongo nearly staked Dodongo's last nut on it. Dodongo will be more comfortable betting nuts when Dodongo gets a synthetic one put in. Then Dodongo can just bet that

Considering the selection committee is only meeting tonight to make that decision, Dodongo has seemingly gone into the business of fortune telling.

Youngest son says he was driving past the Gabba this arvo and he spotted Cam Rayner waiting at the lights to cross Stanley Street with "some other" Lions player, who was sporting a plaster cast from elbow to wrist.

Son thought it might have been Allison (wasn't at all sure) but now I'm wondering if maybe it was Mathieson?

EDIT: Just to emphasise, it's definitely NOT Rayner he was referring to.

This article suggests that there is no issue with both Allison or Mathieson. And that they are both pushing for a position in the round 1 team.

Nope. The team St Kilda hails from the suburb St Kilda which was named after a ship of that name which was named after a group of Scottish Islands of that name which as far as anyone knows was not named after a Saint.

Sorry, should have added a few emoji's. Was actually just pulling Mr Ripper 's chain :p

I seen the injury list with 2 on it and then I seen Swann and Fagan in the last week in seperate conversations say the list was very healthy with only 3-4 unavailable. They both said 3-4, that's when I knew the jig was up.

Dodongo is going to take Mrs Dodongo on a Nordic/Scandanavian 3 week holiday should the Lions win. Dodongo thinks that will make up for last year. Dodongo is looking forward to the match. Dodongo made it abundantly clear to Mrs Dodongo that Dodongo is not to be interrupted Saturday afternoon.

Dodongo hopes we beat the Saints but Dodongo must also be realistic. Dodongo sees us winning about 5-6 games this year with 7 being the max, so hopefully this is one of them. At $4 Dodongo is tempted.
Just don't mention Jordy Zanchetta to Mrs D, or you may not be getting interrupted from that couch for at all for a couple of days and nights, Dodongo.
