Toast Proud on two counts

Count 1 - A bear"ette" has been added to the bear clan and is a healthy young blues supporter, joining her 2 year old brother who already knows the Blues song word for word (it was the first full song he learnt just pipping twinkle twinkle little star), and boos when I say the word "magpies".

I won't be posting much in the next couple of weeks due to count 1.


Count 2 - A great effort from our side tonight. No Waite to keep Roo in check. We have our answer to Milne. Browne, Simpson, and Betts.......Setanta......HAMMER............make no mistake. We are coming. Judd and Fev held and with a couple of straight kicks we would have won.

Great effort by the boys tonight. We have talent developing everywhere. Really proud of Bower standing up in defence despite having Reiwoldt - Bower is going to be VERY good! Love his run when the ball is on the deck. Browne and AJ very good tonight and Setanta grasped a lifeline - hope he can do it again!

Shattered at having lost but the boys kept working it at it after giving the Saints a 5 goal lead. Could have easily given in the towel like we have in the past but brilliant effort to get so close to an undefeated team who's had the wood over us in a huge way.

I agree with you... the future for the blues is awesome as we managed to hold on and only just lose to the Aints by 9 points when it could have gone either way with 2 minutes to go.

I have noticed AJ is really beginning to get the attention of some people now.................I went to the local IGA this morning and the guy behind the counter asked me if I watched the game....of course I did! The guy is a poor Melbourne supporter and he said last nights game was the best he had seen for a long time and said AJ, Bower, Jamo and Austin were all fantastic.......

Just good to hear that from another Teams supporter.
