Where would we be without Robbie Gray seriously. The man is a freak. Single handedly kept us in it.

Insane game from him today, He's IMO the closest player to GAJ in the AFL atm. maybe it's the way he moves his way in and around packs that does it.
Also Wingard, he and the team are going to benifit so much with him getting more midfield time this season. Almost everything he does turns into gold.

How about Tommy Jonas's chest on tackle on the outer wing in the last. Don't know who the poor Saint was but his life must have flashed before his eyes.

Did anyone notice that they turned down the music for NTUA and let the crowd sing it? Fantastic idea from the club and I reckon they'll slowly take the vocals away and let the fans sing it. Good on 'em!
Did the same thing in the freo game last year.

It was Dempster wasn't it? There was a bit of "footsteps" about that bit of play.

I don't know but it wasn't far from where I sit and I heard the thump as Tommy cannoned into him.

To paraphrase Muhammad Ali he hit him so hard his ancestors in County Kildare felt it.

Good to see Dixon finish with 11 touches, 3 marks and 3.3 after no disposals in the first quarter. Could have got more, some of those points were pretty near to dead in front. He had a tough game served to him from Nichols, who never gives us anything. I remember one free he got in the third quarter, when I saw the free the first thing I did was look at the umpire to see who it was. Fortunately for us he did have hair so Charlie got the free.

Bingo and although he got some frees their #25 was all over him like a cheap suit. Big Dix could have had 6 today.
A nervy bumpy start for him but he and us will be all the better for it. White's injury and the skipper with a groin strain or OP
is a problem. Step up Toumpas/Amon or Palmer/Young or ?.
Cometh the hour cometh the man.
I have heard nothing about a boak injury.

There's a huge thing being missed by the media atm. We put up 133 with a below par midfield for most of the game, evidently against a below par defensive side but we will score and score often in 2016. Stopping that will be hard for anyone going forward especially when Charlie starts holding marks and Schultzy gets going.

Some earlier posters on here seemed fairly sure. I personally don't know but some on here, closer to the club, were
calling groin strain or possibly the dreaded OP. Naturally I hope there's nothing in it but these posters both heard groin.
After that its speculation.

Loved Neede's game, Big dicks last quarter was epic that tackle in the middle was gold.

thought Lobster was better today just needs to work better with muds placement.

bobby is my concern, looked flat and slow I think we can probably get away with using TJ ss a tall against some of the smaller forward lines.

Jasper was awesome Robbie was bog, Sammy just keeps impressing.polly will be better for the run .

And Chad and Ollie just turn it up when we need them.

Brad made up for his first quarter shocker and Hombchy was unbreakable as usual.

How many touches did Sam Gray have in the last quarter? I thought he had 23 to 3/4 time then thanks to Schulzenfest saw he finished with 37.

He has become nothing short of amazing and just about all of his touches are constructive and/or inventive.
His work in close is absolutely elite.

Well i hope speculation is all it is.

Who was carlile on today?
Anyone got a gif of that st kilda player trying to take dixon out in the fourth after he took a mark and the saints player just bouncing off of him? Shame he missed the kick after playing on.
