I look at a club like Sydney and I see a mentality of "Anything other than a win is a complete failure", I'd argue to say it's "Anything other than a comfortable win is a failure"

I don't see that in our club, the mentality of our players seems to be "Let's give it a good go boys and have some fun while doing it!!"
