I don’t expect it to happen but I think it needs to happen. I wouldn’t mind playing 2mp and Langers forward and have the rest made up of smalls and mediums (there is a few options there). Have a forward setup similar to Richmond 2017.

OUT: Lav, Guelfi, Weideman
IN: Hind, Cox, Phillips

Kelly Zerk McGrath
Redman Ridley Hind
Martin Parish Durham
Perkins Langford Caldwell
Stringer 2MP Menzie

Phillips Hobbs Merrett

Bench: Snelling Heppell Cox Bryan
SUB: Guelfi

If Voss does well today in the VFL wouldn’t mind seeing him debut and manage Stringer for a week

Lose and we are out of the 8 with the Blues taking our spot.

There can be no bigger motivation to win IMO.

Said motivation didn’t help us much last night

Why? We’ve seen our midfield mix look at lot better with a defensive minded player at centre bounce. Starting with stringer parish and merrett/ someone else, doesn’t work.
Yeah, that worked well.

Stringer surely a better fit for Danger?

I just don't see Perk as a mid. Making the same errors we did with Langford.

You’re making the call in hindsight though…. That’s pretty easy

Stringer is also clearly injured and can’t run, hence not been given any midfield time. He looked way out of shape last week against Adelaide.

Yeah, must be something going on with Stringer.

It was clear within 5 minutes we were getting smashed. A fit Stringer would surely have gone in the midfield.

Again whats the point in hopeing you get a certain club if you dont think you can beat the other top 7-10 teams in a final?

Fwiw i think the club believes they can right now and they should
You might get on a roll, and get a good run, where anything could happen (we have matched it with some of the top clubs) - also getting an extra game of finals experience into the young team. I think that's more important than a slightly higher draft pick.
