I was half-arsed in that I wrote 'challenging'. Didn't one of our assistants predict that GC and GWS will win every flag between 2015 and 2025? I'm only a year early on that, and their concessions are phenominal...... especially compared to ours, Freo's and Port's.

Just reported on 10 that Trigg and Reid flew up to the GC today to have the first meetings with Tippett and his manager, they said it will be a long process and don't expect to come to any agrements straight away.
Tippet's girlfriend is quite good looking. That's pretty much all I can comment on.

Thanks Elvis - I'm just wondering how professional the process will be.
Also, the last thing we need is someone trying to make a career out of luring Kurt to the GC.
There are going to be a lot of young GC players looking for a manager and it would be tempting to be able to say - look what I did for Kurt, sign here ....

I wouldn't worry too much about that mate - I doubt Kurt is going to allow himself to be used as a pawn in that manner.
Triggy said that it was quite common, its just unusual that reporters are at the airport at 5.30 to cover it. Still seems weird to me but at least it shows they are as serious as they should be.

if it was me, I think I'd be looking for a 2 year deal from Adelaide on bigger bucks and then a whopper from the GC
hopefully Kurt will say, nah, I want to be a one club guy - I'll take 5 years at whatever $$ Craigy says is best for the team
