2nd point - how many Australians are you talking about, i.e. who served in the IDF? What is the point of your suggested investigation? What practical purpose would be served in terms of disarming Israel now?

I'd very much welcome Netenyahu and a bunch of the top generals/ministers brought to justice.

"The nation should be disarmed" is where you lose me a bit. Even after Germany surrendered in World War II, they weren't "disarmed". Israel still has a right to exist and a right to defend itself, even after their current war-crime committing regime is ousted.

Yeah there should be blanket investigations into soldiers when a government commits genocide. this isn't a case of one or two bad eggs, its top, down militarisation and mobilisation against a civilian population. what's happen should come at great cost, making sure something like this doesn't happen again.

Unfortunately I think Israel will be successful in their destruction of Palestine because of their influence over the US. There is barely any fighting back anymore from the Palestinians, there are a handful of gorilla soldiers left trying to fight against the genocide, but the country is in ruin.

This may have started out as a war, but now without real resistance Israel is purely destroying Palestine and carrying out a complete ethnic cleansing.
