I'm surprised really, that we are contesting the Brown charge.

Frankly, it was a stupid act and I'll be amazed if they let him off.

There was hardly any force behind it, it looked almost like he went to cuddle him. Should of been a free kick with no charge.

Had another read through the definitions on page 10 and it still looks to me like it appears much more to be a reckless act than an intentional one.

Quite surprising and a bit frustrating.

How awesome would it be to have a system where the MRP and in turn the Tribunal must demonstrate by video comparison how they can justify decisions. I would like to see their explanations how one incident is worse than some that either weren't charged or then got off. Maybe then we might see some consistancy.

Heh. At the moment they don't even need to be consistent with themselves. They explicitly don't have the concept of precedence.
