Gotta say i got it wrong on Macpherson he belongs in this team. Making changes to this team each week has never been harder in the our existence.
Assuming Lemmens is back to fitness now as well. The competition for spots is great. Good to see the NEAFL team got the win over Brisbane as well.

Mate as a trauma nurse I can 100% say that everyone in that hospital is glad you came in and nobody would have thought you didn’t deserve that bed. Glad to see you’re doing well now though. When anxiety hits you it’s already beyond your control. Keep fighting the good fight
Cheers legend, the nurse said the same thing to me when I apologized aha. Funny you say that though bro I thought bout you when I was lying there. When I had lymphoma I was in hospital for a while and grew this huge respect for nurses. Love watching you guys do what you do it's so impressive. Always amazes me how calm you are in the most hectic situations.

I was up on the wing in among Carlton supporters. It was fantasic listening to them whinging about everything. I was loud as and watching them all leave at 5 minutes into the last quarter warmed my heart.
GO SUNS

Was on the wing myself with all the Carlton Supporters. Was seated next to David Rhys-Jones and his daughter - told me when I sat down that hadn't seen too many Suns supporters at the ground. That was about all he said for the game - while not vocal don't think he was overly impressed with the Blues performance and spent a fair bit of his time on his phone laying bets on the races at Caulfield.

We got a fair shake with the umpires in the 1st quarter - Lynch's push in the back was a bit soft and Kolo ran straight through a bloke's head and no free against. But my god they got a fair shake in the 2nd and 3rd quarters and the crowd noise made all the difference, even some blatant dropping the balls just went unnoticed because there was no noise of affirmation for the umpires.

Have to say Martin was immense today.

His sense of timing was impeccable.

Set the tone with breaking the tackle and kicking the opening goal
Drifted back to take a couple of intercept marks when we were under real pressure and had the composure to slow the play down
Kicked that beautiful snap goal over his shoulder when Carlton were coming (as soon as he gathered it I called goal)
Put the foot on the throat when Lynch got run down and he cleaned up with a terrific snap
Throw in his fair share of tackles (6) and 9 of his 15 possessions being contested and he was the real difference maker with his extra bit of polish and class mixed with good hardness and team defence

Peter Wright, Hanley, Ah Chee and Lemmens all to come back, have no clue who goes out besides Rischa who looked lost today

The team seems perfectly balanced ATM

Don't see Dew wanting to let up on the pressure by having both Day and 2MP in the forward line
The small forwards are working well so Lemmens may have to bide his time and wait for an opening
Ah Chee is class but will have to show some real good NEAFL form before we are able to tip a small forward for him
Rosa and Barlow could also be lining up for that Rischa old veteran spot

I think Hanley can walk straight back into the team unless Kolo can start to pick up his game (and Weller wouldn't want to have too many more quiet ones either given the outs)

I'm not ready to bag Weller yet. He'll come good. He's definitely one of our most talented. The whole premise that he desperately wanted to be here is worth a lot to me anyway and you can see that he knows this is his club, he cares about it a lot because he's invested the rest of his career in us.

Darcy you good thing. Continually vindicating my belief in him and he's going to be a heart and soul player of this club. Wish we could chuck him on the senior list now.

Everybody is equal in the team , if he play badly he should be drop regardless he is pick no 1 or No 2 .

I don't disagree. He can be dropped if necessary I just don't think he should be written off.

I personally think he needs to be groomed as a midfielder. He gets thrown around a lot due to his versatility. Yes he isn't that tall but he is a powerful and skilful nugget who would gain confidence from that on ball role. Just my opinion.

Also no one has really mentioned it, but Jesse Joyce played on Matty Wright who kicked 5 last week, held him to one goal (which was in junk time). He was amazing today, real under achiever
100% agree except I'd say he is definitely not an under achiever Underrated is the term I'd use haha
